The cold rooms are delivered ready for use and are made of sandwich panels, including their cooling units. These rooms are designed and constructed according to the storage requirements of the goods. Portable cold rooms are available. |

FROZEN AND COLD STORAGE PANELS |
|
Frozen and cold storage conservation facilities have widely made use of sandwich panels since 1970’s. These panels are self bearing, faced with metallic sheets conforming to food codes and insulated with polyurethane rigid foam . The modular system enables to install the facility in uncomparably short time versus the conventional methods and a long service life.
The polyuretahne foam thickness varies from 40 upto 180 mm.
Panels from 60 mm upwards make use of eccentric locks to fasten the panels tightly and securely to one another.
The facings of the panels ca be of a variety as aluminum, prepainted galvanized steel , plain galvanized steel , PVC film coated galvanized steel and stainless steel sheets rolformed for producing the sandwich panels. |
